    PayBright Instant Financing is Canada’s leading pay later solution platform that allows you to break up the cost of your purchase into easy monthly payments. All you need is a credit/debit card or a bank account. PayBright payment plan has zero interest, no hidden costs, and no hard credit checks. 

  2. How do I use PayBright?

    To use PayBright as your preferred payment method at checkout:

    • Add items to your cart as usual and select PayBright as your payment method at checkout.
    • Complete PayBright's easy online application and get an instant approval decision.
    • Confirm your payment plan with PayBright and return to to complete your order.

  3. How do I apply?

    PayBright will appear as a payment method at checkout if your cart is eligible for financing. Confirm your identity through the one-time SMS password sent to your phone number. You will be required to enter a few details for an instant decision. If you are approved, you will set up your payment method with PayBright and accept the terms of your payment plan.

  4. Who is eligible for PayBright Financing?

    Any Canadian resident who has attained the age of majority, is eligible. In addition, you will be required to:

    • Have a Canadian bank account or a credit/debit card with a Visa or MasterCard logo.
    • Have an SMS-capable Canadian phone number.
    • Meet the minimum cart amount required to use PayBright as a payment option.

  5. Are there any limits to how much I can spend with PayBright?

    Yes, there are. The minimum spend amount is $300 while the maximum is $1500.

  6. Can I use PayBright to pay for only part of my purchase?

    No. PayBright payment plans are applied to your entire purchase. To use PayBright for only part of your purchase, please place two different orders with two different payment methods.

  7. How do I make my PayBright payments?

    PayBright will make convenient pre-authorized payments from your bank account or Visa/MasterCard debit/credit card. For bi-weekly payments, only debit and credit card payments are allowed.

  8. Which payment methods are accepted?

    PayBright currently accepts pre-authorized payments from Canadian bank accounts, Visa/MasterCard debit, and credit cards with a logo. Please note that pre-paid cards are not accepted.

  9. When is my first payment due?

    For equal monthly payment plans, your first payment is due one month after you complete your transaction, and will continue to be debited automatically on the same day of the month for the rest of the term.

    For pay in 4 plan, a temporary hold of your first payment will be placed on your card as soon as you complete your purchase, but PayBright won't debit you until your order is confirmed. The 3 remaining bi-weekly payments will be debited as scheduled.

  10. Can I repay my outstanding balance upfront?

    Absolutely yes! There are no penalties or fees for early payments. To pay off your current balance, please send PayBright a message.

  11. How do I access my PayBright account?

    After you have completed a transaction with PayBright, you can access your account here.

  12. Why don’t I see PayBright as a payment method at checkout?

    If you cannot see PayBright as a payment option, ensure that all your cart items are eligible for PayBright Financing. PayBright may also fail to be displayed as a payment method if:

    • Your order is not placed and shipped within Canada.
    • PayBright is not your sole payment type. You cannot combine multiple payment methods, including gift cards.
    • Your order including taxes and shipping is below the minimum purchase amount to qualify for PayBright.

  13. I was not approved for PayBright financing. What happened?

    Unfortunately, PayBright cannot provide payment plants to every applicant. This may be due to information on your credit file or because PayBright was not able to verify your identity or payment method. For further information, please contact PayBright directly.

  14. What if I get declined from using PayBright as a payment method? provides other methods of payment, please use an alternative method to complete your purchase.

  15. Will using PayBright affect my credit score?

    Using PayBright will not affect your credit score. This means that choosing PayBright at checkout will not have an impact on your credit score.

  16. How long does it take to reverse a pending PayBright authorization on my credit card?

    Most authorizations are reversed within 24 hours, however, this is ultimately up to your financial institution, and may take 5-10 business days to be reflected on your credit card statement.

  17. How do returns work if I paid with PayBright?

    Purchases made through PayBright financing are subject to the return policy. Any return will be processed by and your PayBright loan balance canceled accordingly. If you have made a payment, PayBright will make a refund.

  18. What happens if I cancel my order within the allowed delay?

    Contact to cancel your order. If the tires have not been shipped or installed, your orders will be canceled as will your financing agreement with PayBright. No payment will be taken.
